A £250 deposit is required to secure your booking on the day.
This deposit is non-refundable.

Please note that pre-ordering of wines for tables is advisable as we close all the bars during the dinner service, and the Ludlow suite bar is opened at 8.00pm on the arrival of the evening guests.

All guests that arrive earlier will kindly be advised to order drinks from the main restaurant bar.

Final numbers of guests are required two weeks before the reception and final balance is due a week before the reception.

A full consultation is required to discuss your requirements and the programme of the reception.
